The Colon, Stomach and Liver Center and the Loudoun Endoscopy Group accepts most major insurances.
We DO NOT accept Medicaid, Humana Gold, or Aetna HCA.
If you do not have insurance, we have self-pay rates that can be paid in installments that meet your budget. For questions, please contact a representative from our billing department: (703) 723-3670 ext. 222.
Patient Responsibilities
Copayments, deductibles and minimum payments for self-pay patients are due at the time of service. Failure to comply may result in additional charges. Our cancellation/No Show policy is as follows: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require two business day notice for The Colon, Stomach & Liver Center. This allow us to see another patient in need of care. Failure to provide this cancellation notice for failure to appear for your appointment will result in a $50.00 fee. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
The cancellation notice for procedures at the Loudoun Endoscopy Group is 5 business days. Failure to comply with this will result in a $250.00 fee which must also be paid prior to scheduling another procedure.
All appointments are confirmed via telephone one day before the scheduled appointment. If you do not receive a phone call, please call our office and speak with a receptionist to confirm your appointment.
Loudoun Endoscopy Group
You can expect to see up to FOUR bills after your procedure: 1) The doctors portion, received from the Colon, Stomach & Liver Center 2) The facility portion, received from the Loudoun Endoscopy Group 3) Anesthesia received from Metropolitan Anesthesia and 4) if pathology was sent to the lab, the lab portion. Charges are billed separately by each provider, so you may receive several different bills. If you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you regarding our charges and direct you to the appropriate contact for other providers’ charges.
