Michelle Sealock, PA-C

Michelle Sealock is a nationally certified and state licensed physician assistant who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of gastrointestinal related illnesses, including upper and lower GI complaints, as well as liver and pancreatobiliary disorders. Her comprehensive approach to care includes lifestyle modifications, medication management and other therapeutic interventions. Michelle joined Colon, Stomach and Liver Center in September 2025 and works closely with all the physicians in the practice.

Prior to joining CSLC, Michelle spent four years at a different gastroenterology practice, ten years in infectious diseases and four years in family medicine and urgent care. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University in 2004, followed by her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University in 2006. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants and American College of Gastroenterology.

When Michelle is not caring for patients or spending time with her husband and three active children, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, coaching, playing recreational softball and supporting local sports teams, especially the Washington Nationals and Washington Commanders.
